嘉義市長黃敏惠17日在臉書上公布了武漢肺炎（新型冠狀病毒病，COVID-19）疫苗施打的縮時攝影紀錄，
黃敏惠也感謝辛苦付出的工作人員，以及非常配合的市民。
「嘉義市首波82歲以上長輩疫苗快打任務圓滿達成！」黃敏惠在臉書上開心宣布，她說，這次的快打經驗提供給團
隊很珍貴的數據，疫苗一到嘉義市就依據疫苗量，立即依序分配接種族群的疫苗劑數，分秒必爭的從建構接種場地
動線及設計「宇美+1」快打流程，提供高齡友善的接種通知方式。
黃敏惠解釋現場狀況表示，長者不用填寫複雜的基本資料表、到現場一插卡30秒內就能入場坐下讓醫護人員及行政
人員服務，現場也提供充足的輪椅以及計程車、復康巴士及長照交通接送預約方案、安排不塞車接送動線，就是為
了讓長者們，感受到友善的接種環境。
第二天，雖然碰上下雨但嘉義市府及陽明醫院馬上推出了「防滑不淋雨服務」，開設3道雨天下車道，讓交通車的
入場離場完全分流不打結，並設置架高帳棚，長輩下車不會淋到雨即可直接進入會場，地面也鋪上地毯防滑。
黃敏惠透露，準備的過程很辛苦、很艱難，每一項細節都很謹慎，沙盤推演不知道多少回。黃敏惠也特別謝謝嘉義
市政府所有團隊同仁，直呼，「你們辛苦了」！
